About Marcy

Owner, Coach, Trainer

I have over 20 years of training and coaching in kickboxing (martial arts) and I fought at the amateur level (undefeated). For several years I ran competitively in Mud Runs (Warrior Dash & Tough Mudder) where I was a first place female finisher. My studio is co-ed facility, a very supportive environment and suits people of all ages and calibers of fitness. I teach the technique and skill I’ve learned but I also insert general fitness into my classes to really ramp up the training. I have people who have been training with me for over 20 years and others who are 2 weeks old so there are always new people on the floor learning.  Outside of Kickboxing I’m ranked as a Poo Choi Kru in Muay Thai.
